NFL Picks Week 14: Finals Can Go to Hell

Cleveland (2-11) beats Pittsburgh (6-7) 13-6: You want to talk about how the hell did this happen?  I cannot believe the Browns actually defeated the Steelers.  They just won their Super Bowl for the season and Troy Polamalu is the obviously the key to this team.

New Orleans (12-0) at Atlanta (6-6)- Well the Saints appear that they will continue perfection seeing as the odds of Matt Ryan playing are like Borat being President of the United States.  The Saints should roll and Drew Brees should have a huge game again.  NO 35-14

Green Bay (8-4) at Chicago (5-7)- The Packers have seen a lot of demons run through Solider Field in the past couple of years but the Bears are wounded like their nickname in the woods. No Devin Hester, Lance Briggs, or Orlando Pace.  The game still will be somewhat close and low scoring.  The defense gets it done. GB 24-13

Denver (8-4) at Indianapolis (12-0)- For whatever reasons, these teams have played in the playoffs multiple times and the Colts have owned the Broncos.  This is a true test to see if the Broncos are a legit football team. If they can run the ball, they might be able to win the game.  I have predicted the Colts to lose the last three weeks so I will go to the opposite.  IND 31-24

Buffalo (4-8) at Kansas City (3-9)- The first boring game of the schedule this week.  Nothing can excite about me about this game, nothing.  Who do you cheer for, what do you cheer for?  So confused about this one but I will take the Chiefs in spite of TO.  KC 27-21

Cincinnati (9-3) at Minnesota (10-2)- The game of the week for me personally besides the Packers. I think the Vikings have to be worried about what occurred last week, not only did Brett Favre play subpar but E.J. Henderson went down with injury.  The Bengals will continue to exploit the Vikes and the wheels will be falling off in the Twin Cities.  CIN 20-14

Carolina (5-7) at New England (7-5)- Speaking of the wheels falling off, the Patriots have completely lost it. Bill Belichick might have lost his mind and thankfully, they get the putrid Panthers.  Matt Moore isn't a quarterback and I think Brady will play but it will be mainly Laurence Maroney getting it done. NE 16-14

NY Jets (6-6) at Tampa Bay (1-11)- With the Cleveland win, Tampa has moved into the top spot!  Congrats to you but you know what?  I could see the Bucs winning this game with the Kellen Clemens at quarterback.  The rushing game will get carry the Jets in this one. NYJ 24-21

Miami (6-6) at Jacksonville (7-5)- The sad thing that this game is being blacked out because the Jaguars fan base is completely worthless like an aging pornstar. The Dolphins have been looking stronger with the last few weeks and still not sold on the Jags.  MIA 28-16

Detroit (2-10) at Baltimore (6-6)- The Ravens didn't impressed me whatsoever against the Packers last Monday and the Joe Flacco experience might not be all it is cracked up to be.  This game will be a complete snore.  BALT 17-10

Seattle (5-7) at Houston (5-7)- Our third snorer of the weekend.  Both teams virtually out of the playoff race and the Texans seem to be fading faster than Kate Moss during her non-eating days.  I could care less but for fantasy reasons I hope for a high scoring game.  HOU 38-34

St. Louis (1-11) at Tennessee (5-7)- The Titans came back down to earth somewhat last week with their defeat against the Colts but they still have a slight chance to get into the playoffs.  Vince Young somewhat banged up but they will ride Chris Johnson to an easy victory.  TENN 35-13

Washington (3-9) at Oakland (4-8)- Could it be argued that the Redskins are the best 3-9 team that we have ever seen.  They play everybody tough but always falls apart in the fourth quarter.  The Bruce Gradkowski Era has been successful and I always like the Raiders playing at the Black Hole.  OAK 23-9

San Diego (9-3) at Dallas (8-4)- Oh the Cowboys. The toughest schedule for any team that is in the playoff hunt right now and they play a Charger team who is unstoppable in the month of December. Despite being at home, I think Tony Romo and company get humbled throughout.  SD 28-16

Philadelphia (8-4) at NY Giants (7-5)- A matchup that is huge for the Packers playoff hopes and the Eagles haven't impressed me in the past couple of weeks although they get some players back from injury. I also think the Giants could be getting hot at the right time. It will be a grind it out, typical Eagle-Giant game with the home team getting a late FG.  NYG 13-10

Arizona (8-4) at San Francisco (5-7)- Right now, Arizona is one the team that I do not want to see in the playoffs. I think they are playing the most complete football of any team in the NFC right now.  The Niners collapsed last week and I do not see them recovering from that to beat the Cards.  ARI 30-14
