Michael Phelps has passed the bong to another well-known sports figure Percy Harvin.
The difference between the two is that Phelps already is draped in gold while Harvin still needs a job for the upcoming 2009 NFL season. I defended Phelps saying "it happens, blah blah blah." But this is a totally different story as my buddy Brett put it.... "You are applying for a job, the greatest job in the world and you cant lay off the weed for a month? Cmon man what are GMs going to think about you?"
I think that Brett sums it up perfectly because anyone of us know that if you want a job, you need to make sure you pass that drug test. It always seems to be a worry for most college kids because for something reason they cannot lay off the bong for a month to get a job. I cant comprehend how stupid Harvin and a projected 4th rounder Brandon Tate who also positive really are.
Todd McShay believes that it will knock Harvin down to the last five spots in the first round which in my opinion, might be generous because they are alot of talented receivers in this draft that do not have this positive drug test... Darius Heyward-Bey, Hakeem Nicks, Kenny Britt maybe as well.
