There are two 0-3 teams that I really feel that could probably be better than their record shows right now. They both involve great running backs and pretty staunch defenses. Those teams were both in the playoffs last year and maybe could do the unthinkable to come back.
The first team is the Carolina Panthers who have the noodle-arm quarterback known as Jake Delhomme but they do have an awesome 1-2 running back punch in DeAngelo Williams/Jonathan Stewart plus Steve Smith therefore its really hard to figure out how they haven't won a game. Also, the Panthers now have Jeff Garcia availiable as he was released by the Philadelphia Eagles on Tuesday. They should sign him and signaled the end for Delhomme. Now I don't know if they can make the playoffs with the Atlanta Falcons/New Orleans Saints in the NFC South division yet it might save John Fox job.
The second team is the Tennessee Titans who have caught some bad breaks in the first three weeks but once again, they have a stellar running back combo with Chris Johnson and LenDale "No More Patron" White. Also the problem is their quarterback but include their secondary in that mix. They couldn't stop Big Ben, Matt Schaub, and Matt Sanchez so far who knows if they will figure that out this season. In addition, its time for Vince Young again. It has been a year since the whole Young drama and Kerry Collins won last year because of the super defense they had. Collins cannot do it without the defense, they should insert Young. Also they probably will not make the playoffs with the Indianapolis Colts and their tough schedule.
