Maybe this will be a new feature who the hell knows whenever I say something will make a frequent appearance, it never stays. But this post will involve three teams in Wisconsin, one being the Badger Football team, Marquette Basketball, and the Milwaukee Brewers. You should all feel so lucky.
BADGER FOOTBALL- They are winning right now and probably giving Wofford all sorts of swine flu. The Journal came out with an article regarding the Badgers ingoring the flu and all sorts of it. I have discussed this with a couple of my friends and we all agree that the whole swine flu is overrated. But the flu in general is a very contagious so they really should have take better precautions. I think this is just another strike against Bret Bielema who really just wants to coach football and not worry about all of the outside things around him. This is the sort of stuff Bielema ignores.
MARQUETTE BBALL- Well I was going to write this before freshman Junior Cadougan ripped his Achilles in practice which makes another player getting hurt during practice. You wonder if Tom Crean's plan of practice is going on in there. We need to maybe pump the breaks a bit on the intensity. The real reason for this was the sexual assault charges on recruit Montrelle Clark which is very disappointing. He was 6'10 and was averaging a double-double in JUCO so you really have to wonder how Marquette will respond to all of this. I will take the good with the bad and whatever happens this season happens.
BREWERS- All the sudden, they are three games under .500. How the hell did this happen? Good for them, I hope they get to 81 wins so Eric can pay me ten dollars which I will pay for Brett's round of beers because the Cubs will finish higher than the Crew.
